Shaweta has primary responsibility for the firm's internal monitoring and for regulatory inspections including those of the Canadian Public Accountability Board and CPA provincial institutes.

As a member of the National Professional Standards Group, she is also responsible for interpretation and implementation of assurance standards, developing the RSM audit methodology, guidance and tools related to various assurance matters and consulting with engagement teams in dealing with complex auditing issues.

As a National Audit Learning Leader, Shaweta routinely develops and facilitates various trainings at the firm.

Diana specifically focuses on enhanced diligence areas as it relates to commercial, operational, technology, human resources, synergies and carve-outs. Her experience includes serving clients across North America, Europe and Australia.

Diana also focuses on leading post-close integration projects ranging in various deal sizes across many industries.

As part of her community involvement, she is the chair of the finance committee at the Scarborough Health Network Foundation and is also co-chair of the DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) committee of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG Toronto)
