Complete the 'Get Hired' Master Class
Learn how to build your dream career from our professional career coaches via our pre-recorded online video course.
Attend bi-weekly group sessions
Discuss the issues that the international student community is facing, as well as your feedback on the program.
Get creative + engage with your peers!
Join our various initiatives to promote the Devant brand + the international student experience, and earn rewards.
Keep up with the action items
Important reminders, agendas and deliverables are shared via e-mail, so stay up to date and notify us of any changes in your schedule
Dedicate 2 to 4 hours every week
Use this time to catch up on emails and recordings, work on your tasks and brainstorm ideas to improve your ISAP experience and Devant’s outreach!

Deliverables are the metric we use to track your progress as you advance through the tiers of our Ambassador program (see below). The more deliverables you provide, the better your rewards!
Ambassadors can choose to take part in any, or all of the following:
Research Activities
Develop research, survey your community, and create case studies or content for our platforms.
Community Activities
Participate in our live events, develop activities on-campus and introduce the Devant platform to your classmates.
Workshop and Training
Take part in various additional workshops we provide to not only help in promoting Devant and our events, but also better your own knowledge and skills
Sharing Lived Experiences
Use our platform as a space to talk about your life in Canada, and how even Devant has helped you in your journey, by sharing testimonials, blogs, etc.!

Interested in taking an active leadership role?
Emerging Ambassadors are eligible to become an Ambassador Mentor, after one successful semester where they’ve shown keen interest, consistent efforts and high engagement.
As an Ambassador Mentor, you will:
- Assist in planning and co-hosting bi-weekly meetings and training sessions, as well as receive priority in helping with Devant’s events.
- Be responsible for your own group of ambassadors, sending and following up on communication from the Devant team, as well as keeping track of their action items, tasks and duties.
- Guide and help new ambassadors with their own deliverables, including sharing outlines for proposals, answering FAQs regarding common initiatives, and checking/updating the Devant team on progress.
