That's why our community of former international students and career professionals have worked together to develop a process that works to help our members successfully showcase their skills and experiences in the Canadian job market.

Career Support Portals
We provide Post-Secondary Education Institutions, as well as other organizations, with their own comprehensive co-branded online career support portal. It includes a suite of job search support that provides students with the knowledge, tools, and connections to successfully showcase their skills and experiences in the Canadian job market.
FREE Live Teaching
Tap into Devant's network of professionals and experts! We host regular live interactive workshops, Q&As, and panels on a variety of career development topics so that you can arm yourself with top industry information & advice.
Online Community
Our exclusive members-only Facebook community is the place to go to feel less alone and network with your peers. We also host live monthly virtual socials as well as Immigration Q&As with our trusted Canadian Lawyers.

Who is Devant?
Devant was founded by 4 professionals with 60+ years experience working in higher education and career development.
Since 2019, we have helped thousands of students and alumni across the country to successfully showcase their skills and experiences in the Canadian job market.
We do this via online career development events such as industry expert panels, professional webinars, live Q&As, AI-driven virtual hiring expos, 1:1 support, and more.
What if I'm not an international student?
Whilst the majority of our members are international students & alumni, we also welcome domestic students to participate, as well as other groups of job seekers. The job search process can be challenging for everyone!
Does it matter what stage of the job search process I'm at?
No, not at all! Our events & services cover every stage of the job search process (planning, preparation, and action) so you can access the right support to suit where YOU are in your journey.
I'm from a Post-Secondary Education Institution. How can we work together?
We have worked with 20+ Canadian Universities and Colleges to help boost the reach and engagement of their Career Services. We offer customized, co-branded online career support portals for your students, so that when they do come to you, they'll be ready for action. Learn more here.
Are all the events and services online?
All of our events are currently online. We hope to add some in-person live events very soon! Check your inbox and the Facebook Community for future announcements.
What if I miss a session or fall behind?
If you miss a live event, you can simply attend the next one in the calendar! We made sure that there is no cohort or study term so that you can complete this process at your own unique pace.
