Individuals can learn about your company and available job opportunities, then decide if they would like to book a virtual interview.

2. Interview Scheduler

Interested candidates are then taken to your branded scheduling page where they can select a time to interview based on your availability.

You can choose the duration of your interviews. Take advantage of 10-minute “speed interviews” or connect with candidates for longer.

3. Candidate Pre-Screening

Candidates answer your chosen pre-screening questions to ensure they understand and meet job requirements.

If candidates are disqualified by their answers, they are thanked for their interest but will not be able to move forward.

Qualified candidates receive a calendar invitation with a link to join the interview.

They can join on any device with a single click and there are no apps or downloads required.

The platform’s smart scheduler automatically sets up back-to-back interviews, and will eliminate schedule gaps and no shows.

4. Welcome + Waiting Rooms

Candidates receive reminders by email and text message before their interview.

To save you time in every interview, you can chose to add a short welcome video that candidates watch right before they meet with you. Share details about the company, job, and any other information that you’d spend time explaining to each candidate.

If the candidate needs to wait, they’ll be directed to a waiting room where you can add additional videos for them to watch (optional).

5. Virtual Speed Interviews

As an interviewer, you can see who is in the waiting room and will be automatically connected to whoever is next.

When you connect with a candidate, review their profile, and then start the interview.

A countdown timer is visible to you and the candidate. This is just a prompt. When the timer gets to zero, it notifies you, but does not end the interview.

During the interview, you can rate the candidate on criteria that are important to you, as well as take notes. You can then ‘mark’ if this candidate is a good fit by selecting No, Maybe, or Yes.

6. AI-Powered Candidate Profiles

When the interview ends, you can finalise your ratings and notes. Once you submit, you are connected to the next candidate.

The platform then automatically creates a detailed candidate profile with the interview recording, your notes, ratings, and AI-powered insights that highlight the candidates key strengths and areas for improvement.

You can then seamlessly share this profile with anyone on your team.
