We found it to be a great way to connect with job seekers as they are gearing up to graduate and start their careers. We were able to speak with some potential OSL candidates and received a few resumes to pass along to our hiring managers.
We had over 50 students joining the call, where we went through information about the firm, application tips, and then gave everyone the opportunity to join our breakout rooms to have their questions answered. Overall, I think it was a success!
Our sessions went very well! We had about 70 students on each, asking a few questions about our corporate roles, but also interested in the warehouse positions we offer.
