Get Hired at Home is a career development expo that helps 6,000+ international students and alumni to stay, work and succeed in Canada.
Professional online workshops are combined with an AI-driven virtual hiring expo to prepare and then connect top candidates with Canadian companies.
Employers can choose to host live Q&As to share company information with event attendees and/or take advantage of our speed interview booking system to efficiently meet 1:1 with pre-screened and qualified candidates.

- Available job positions and requirements.
- Links to enter your live Q&A at a dedicated date/time and/or your 1:1 speed interview booking system.
1:1 SPEED INTERVIEWING
- Let us know which time windows you'd like to host speed interviews.
- We link your personal calendar with our AI-driven interview booking system.
- Choose pre-screening questions to ask potential candidates.
- Once a candidate passes your criteria, they will be invited to book a 5-10min speed interview with you.
- You will be able to see who is the queue, make notes during interviews, and give a final rating.
PERSONALIZED INTERVIEW REPORT
Access your back-end reports to view all candidates that you have interacted with.
You'll be able to filter and rank these candidates based on your interview notes and criteria.
Finally, export a CSV spreadsheet containing contact details of all candidates for your future hiring efforts.

I attended 'Get Hired at Home' and was able to ask an Oracle NetSuite recruiter my questions about their opportunities and the organization, as well as connect with them on LinkedIn to stay in touch. We had conversations about my career interests and my previous experiences and it eventually helped me secure a summer internship with NetSuite!
I think overall, the event was very well organized and had the right organizations who were looking to give international students a chance. Pre-Event Preparation Workshop
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm (EST Toronto)
We invite all event registrants to attend a free workshop hosted by our career coaches. Attendees will learn how to make the most of live networking, as well as the latest virtual interviewing skills, so that you meet with professional and prepared candidates on event day.

How does the event work?
Employers can choose to participate in the way(s) that best suits their team. Choose one or both of the following:

Host a virtual live Q&A where attendees can learn more about your company and available job opportunities, as well as submit their resume.
- Connect your calendar with our AI-driven platform, set pre-screening questions to suit your role(s), and if a candidate passes your criteria, they will be invited to book a 1:1 speed interview with you. Spend 5-10minutes at a time meeting directly with interested and qualified candidates.
